Anthony Steel has over 18 years’ experience in the employment services industry. In that time he has held numerous roles including Employment Consultant, Services Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager and General Manager.
As CEO Anthony is responsible for ensuring that Mission Providence is strategically positioned as a trusted leader in delivering solutions to Australians in the communities where they work and live. Anthony is a current Director to the Board of the National Employment Services Association (NESA).
Chief Financial Officer
Hugh joined Mission Providence as our CFO in February 2017.
Prior to this Hugh worked for 18 years for Serco Group plc, an international services company with a focus on the public sector in a number of CFO roles operating across a range of sectors. Prior to Serco Hugh worked for Ernst & Young in both the UK and the Netherlands.
As CFO, Hugh is responsible for safeguarding the financial operations of Mission Providence.
Hugh is also responsible for managing our shared services function, including Finance, IT, Procurement, Fleet and Property management.
General Manager – Compliance, Quality and Practice
Jodie is responsible for the compliance, quality and practice of our contracts. A registered psychologist with 18 years’ experience in the employment sector, Jodie has held positions working directly with long term unemployed job seekers and has seen the impact that employment has on our clients, their families and the communities in which they live. She has also held senior leadership roles including Mission Australia’s National Account Manager (Job Services Australia, Disability Management Services and NEIS) and General Manager supporting the delivery of employment programs across NSW/ACT. These programs have assisted thousands of disadvantaged Australians to gain independence through strong connections and partnerships with employers, vocational and non-vocational providers. Jodie’s ethos is that “work works”.
Human Resources Manager
Caroline Page is the Human Resources Manager at Mission Providence. She is responsible for the recruitment, growth and development of Mission Providence’s most important asset – its people.
Caroline is a seasoned leader with more than 16 years’ experience in the human resources field.
Caroline holds a degree in human resources from the University of Western Sydney and is currently studying a Masters in organisational change.
General Manager – National Operations
Karen is the General Manager Operations and is responsible for the operational, contractual and commercial delivery of our contracts. Karen has worked in the employment sector for over 15. Her experience includes managing programs such as employment, Disability Management Services, remote services, alternate education, health services and RTO operations.
